B2B contract

The simplest way to work together is a B2B contract. I work as a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine, and your company contracts my services like it would any other vendor. Other forms of cooperation are open to discussion.

How a B2B contract works

  • We sign a service agreement: scope, rate, notice period, NDA and IP assignment
  • I work as part of your team, with your processes and tools
  • At the end of each month I send you one invoice
  • You pay it by international bank transfer, and I handle my taxes and reporting in Ukraine

What you get

  • No payroll on your side. No employment taxes, social contributions or benefits to manage
  • No local entity needed. No company registration or Employer of Record in Ukraine
  • One invoice a month. Simple accounting for your finance team
  • Your code is yours. The contract assigns all code and IP to you and includes an NDA
  • Flexible. Scale the hours up or down, or end the contract with the agreed notice
  • Fast to start. Usually signed within a week. I can sign your contract template or provide mine

How much does it cost to hire a PHP developer?

My rate depends on the scope and the length of the engagement, so it is on request. Tell me about your project and I will reply with a quote.

How quickly can you start?

I am available now. The B2B contract is usually signed within a week, and I can start right after that.

Can you join our existing PHP team?

Yes. I can join your existing project and codebase or build a new one from scratch, and I am happy to pass your technical interview first.

Which PHP frameworks do you work with?

Mainly Laravel (7 years), as well as Symfony and Yii. In 12+ years I have also worked with Node.js, Vue / Nuxt, Angular, MySQL, Redis and AWS.

How do we sign a contract?
